It's coming along very nicely

I think the lower part's line art looks a little rougher than that of the upper part and I can see brush strokes in the areas of shadows (mostly in the lower part as well).

The things you stuck into your friend's shoulders is kind of unnecessary, but perhaps it'll do its thing. What is it?

well even the lineart ain't finished yet. i have a messy way of working

i only finish the parts i'm sure i wanna keep in the final piece, in the meanwhile i'll play around with the rest until i get it right.
